All prices listed are tax-inclusive. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or the sudden rise of raw material costs.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I gladly accept returns, but unfortunately I do not exchange at this moment.
For returns, please contact me within 20 days from the postmark.
Please ship items back within 30 days from postmark.

The following items can't be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Pre-orders
- Custom or personalized orders
- Yarns that are wound into a cake or ball.
- Items on sale or discounted
- Digital downloads

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they arrive damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition (ie. not wound into a cake), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund:
I gladly refund the cost of your order minus shipping costs once it is returned to me in its original condition. Shipping costs may apply when the item arrives faulty.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. There is no responsibility on my part for delays due to customs.


RESPONSIBILITY

I don't accept any responsibility for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeure, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond my control.


PRIVACY POLICY

I will only use your shipping and billing addresses and contact information to communicate with you about your order. Your information is protected and is never shared.
